McCormick Ranch was Scottsdale's first Master-Planned Community and was purchased from the McCormick Family and developed by Kaiser-Aetna in the early 1970's.
The McCormick Family were wealthy midwesterners who bred Angus cattle and bred and showed Arabian Horses on their ranch in Scottsdale. Anne was one of the originators of the Scottsdale All Arabian Horse Show.
