The Town of Paradise Valley is located just north of one of our favorite landmarks, Camelback Mountain, and is almost totally residential.  The major industry in this town would be a few award-winning destination resorts. 

The majority of residences are on a minimum of one acre  providing a true genteel country club atmosphere of lush golf courses surrounded by palatial estates.  Paradise Valley is bordered on the west by Phoenix and east by Scottsdale ...and the children, depending on location,  attend the Phoenix or Scottsdale Schools.

The Town of Paradise Valley is not related in any way and is not to be confused with an area in north Phoenix that has become known as "greater Paradise Valley".  There is no "postmark" for this area but is considered a "village" with shopping malls, retail developments, condominiums and healthcare facilities.
This area is known as such due to the north phoenix school district known as the Paradise Valley Unified School District which encompasses a vast area of North Phoenix and even extends to the north part of Scottsdale.
