Desert Ridge

Just North of the Canal and where the 51 meets the 101 is the community of Desert Ridge, featuring a great trail system looping under streets and throughout the community, elementary and middle schools (Paradise Valley Schools) and one of Phoenix's most popular shopping centers and movie theatres.  The main attraction here however is the location "at the top of the 101, and the easy access to any location in the Valley.
Desert Ridge homes were built starting in the mid-nineties and continue today with single family homes ranging from $285,000 to well over $1 Million
2008 sales saw 128 homes change families ranging from 1269 SF for $209,000 to a
3985 SF gated home for $1,000,000.


Tatum Highlands

North of Desert Ridge is the community of Tatum Highlands, which not too long ago stood out there in the middle of the desert....alone!  Now a bustling community with several quality builders and daily shopping amenities, this community is divided by Jomax Rd,  the dividing line between Paradise Valley Schools and Cave Creek Schools.  Built in the middle 1990's with the "feel" of North Scottsdale without the hefty price tag, 2008 sales saw 52 homes change families ranging from 1636 single family for $265,000 to 3517 SF home for $549,000.


Tatum Ranch
